Need Help Right Away?   Start with dialing 2-1-1!  2-1-1 San Diego is a FREE, confidential countywide referral service that can connect you with more than 2000 community agencies providing 6,000+ health and human service programs through their online database. Help is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. 2-1-1 staff speaks more than 200 languages to assist you.

Chula Vista Family Resource Centers (FRC):  Two bilingual centers are open for assistance via telephone and email.   FRC’s connect families with coordinated services to help them strengthen their families and become more self-reliant. FRC staff listen and support families in times of need.  Services are available to all members of the community, regardless of their circumstances.

Meals on Wheels: Meals on Wheels is a nationwide program that provides older Americans nutritious meals and safety checks at little to no cost. The meals can be delivered to your home if you meet eligibility requirements, or you can go to a congregate nutrition site for socialization and food. If you struggle with isolation and meal prep, then Meals on Wheels could provide ease and companionship. Sign up in San Diego here:
