Minutes of Council Meeting, 11 October, 2016
Members present- Iris Atkins, Pastor Ron Hovick, Georgene Nightingale, Nan Stufkosky, Paul Ford and Tom Brosche.
Members not present- Gabby Gutierrez, Bob Lechner, David Perez and Dawn Andrews.
Non-Members present- Chris Lewis and Diane Nissen.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by President Iris Atkins. Pastor Ron began the meeting with a prayer.
Chris Lewis and Diane Nissen presented the remaining steps needed to move forward with the Safari Learning Center project. Diane gave input on the paper work needed to complete the loan request process.
The Council further discussed a plan of action and agreed to meet Saturday October 15 to review and submit documents related to the loan in order to move forward with the Safari Learning Center project. Laura Ortiz will work on the financials to assist with the application process. Council approved submission of the documents upon completion of all requirements.
No further action is possible until loan is approved.
The rest of the agenda was tabled until next meeting.
Council meeting was adjourned at 9:33 P.M.
