Minutes of Council Meeting, 11 November, 2016
Members present- Iris Atkins, Pastor Ron Hovick, Georgene Nightingale, Nan Stufkosky, Paul Ford, Bob Lechner, Dawn Andrews, Gabby Gutierrez and Tom Brosche.
Members not present- David Perez.
Non-Members present- Rosalyn Nelson and Jean Armer.
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by President Iris Atkins. Pastor Ron began the meeting with a prayer.
Pastor Ron Hovick reported that additional paper work and tax information was needed by the lender concerning loan application for the Safari Learning Center project.
The Financial Report was given by Laura Ortiz. Laura informed the Council that again this month church spending continues to be higher than the income generated. Motion to accept the Financial Report was made by Dawn Andrews, seconded by Georgene Nightingale and approved by all.
Council meeting was adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
