A motion to accept the financial report was made and seconded. It was approved unanimously.
Paul Ford introduced his sons Noah and Jonah to the Council for their Boy Scout Eagle Scout project proposals. Noah showed a drawing of his cross-shaped garden made of cinder blocks. Jonah presented a rose garden arch with an expansion for a wedding photo area. A motion was made for the Council to look at each idea on Sunday. The motion was made by David, seconded by Dawn, and passed unanimously.
Brett Perkins report: The Verizon tower proposal is still in work. Council gave Brett permission to investigate a charter school proposal that would involve 75 students for $60,000 annual income. He will look into any property modifications that might be required, and who would pay for it.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 PM.
