wants the fire marshal to visit
the church and ensure that
the building is complying with
fire codes.
 Doors: Doors being left open
on campus over the weekend,
posing a security risk. Pastor
Karla will talk with renters to
ensure doors are being locked
after use with photographic
evidence provided.
 Pastor Karla and C. Lewis will
talk with Areumdaun
discussing how to fairly
distribute costs for church
maintenance as their use of
campus rivals that which St.
Mark’s uses.

coated and will be ready
soon.
 Architect is eager to meet
with the task group and the
childcare facility that will be
built.
 Furnace is really old and will
be expensive to fix. No need
to rush repairs as warmer
months are coming up but
repairs will be kept in mind.

for a variety of situations
including active shooters

architect, changing out light
bulbs in sanctuary will cost
$11,220 for LED lights that
are non-dimmable. $21,000
for dimmable led lights.
$1500 for lifts to go in and

to come in and get a second
opinion
