The meeting was called to order: 7pm by David Perez President, Pastor Ron led with a prayer.
The Minutes of the March 11th 2014 meeting were accepted with the amendments.
Motion: By Pastor Ron accept Treasurer’s report as is. Paul Ford second the motion. Motion is passed on accepting Treasurer’s report as is, all in favor.
Motion: By Paul Ford to give Brett Perkins the authority to give the Janitor a duty list and 60 days to comply. Putting the Janitor on notice. Pastor Ron second the motion. Motion passed as is, all in favor.
Sustainability committee was incorporated with the Council Meeting. New and exciting ideas were put on “sticky notes” for future ways to increase income. Pastor Ron compiled the ideas into one list.
David Perez, President closed the meeting and Pastor Ron ended with the Lord’s Prayer.
The meeting was adjourned at 9pm. The next meeting will be on May 13, 2014.
