Meeting Purposes:
· Ensure smooth and effective functioning of St. Mark’s Church to serve God’s purposes
· Monitor and refine the financial operations of St. Mark’s to ensure God’s mission is fulfilled
· Build our capacity to lead and work as a team to guide St. Mark’s to fulfill God’s plan
· Continue preparation for Annual Congregational Meeting, January 30,2022

Discussion:
Melissa Velasco will be the new nursery attendant.
Dick Bolin will be monitoring the sewer repair and gathering all repair and recommendation information. He will provide updates to the council.
Fast Signs- will place a Bid for new sign on Hilltop Dr. The new sign will be wireless.
T.V. Monitor is being replaced. Christine Uribe ordered the monitor and Oscar Uribe installed the new Monitor.
Sacristy Safe located upstairs- unable to open. Technician came out and showed Dave Barker how to open and unlock the safe.
The annual congregational meeting will be held on Sun. 1-30-22 and will be catered. There will be only one service at 10 am on 1-30-22
