Procedure for Baptism at St. Mark’s

to arrange a date for baptism. You do not need to be a member of St. Mark’s to be baptized here. We are happy to welcome you into God’s family. There is no fee for a baptism when it is conducted during a previously scheduled church service. After you talk to the Pastor, please call the office to provide us with Download Form:

• Name,
• Date of birth,
• Place of birth,
• Date of baptism,
• by whom baptized,
• Father’s name & phone,
• street address
• Names and ages of other children.
• place of church membership,
• Mother’s maiden name,
• place of church membership,
• the names of the child’s sponsors,
• their address
• church membership.
