2007 Church Council Goals

1.  Revitalization Fund drive goal of $450,000 during 2007.

2.  Recruit fifty new members to St Marks.

3.  Implement and manage an effective committee system - delegating general tasks and goals, requesting plans and achievements to council monthly.

4.  Using synod transition procedure - implement function to effectively achieve proven results.

5.  Complete 2007 budget - develop a maintenance budget, a cleaning budget, and an escrow holding accounts.

6.  Educate and promote script program in February.

7.  Reinstate volunteer (time and talent) check-off list in March.

8.  Improve communication between council and congregation.
